Neko Health AB is seeking a Lead Product Engineer for Engagement to shape the app that follows a member from scan to home. You’ll join a pod of engineers and take member problems from idea to production, owning features end-to-end for iOS, Android and web.

The role emphasizes performance, gestures and smooth transitions, with HealthKit and Health Connect integrations, wearables, push notifications, and a structured release pipeline from build to staged rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience building mobile apps with real customer usage, especially React Native, plus native Swift or Kotlin.
• Shipped consumer features end-to-end and can adapt to different tools as needed.
• Familiar with app store release processes and keeping an app crash-free.
• Daily use of AI coding tools, and you can demonstrate what you shipped with them.
• Collaborates well with product, design, and other teams, translating technical decisions into member impact.

Responsabilités

• Ship to production in the first week and own a meaningful part of the app within the first month: native platform, health data, notifications or clinic screens.
• Deliver member-facing features end-to-end in React Native, with Swift or Kotlin where needed, across platforms and web.
• Build the native platform layer: HealthKit and Health Connect, wearables, push and background work, deep links, biometrics, and release train from build to staged rollout.
• Build the clinic screens: the scan and debrief experiences.
• Maintain quality with AI tools: crash-free rate, performance, and intuitive user experiences on every screen.
