• 5+ years' experience in Product Management for B2C apps.
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, user research and product analytics.

• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design in an agile environment.
• Confident in stakeholder management and prioritising product decisions.
• Experience with connected devices, gaming or subscription-based products is a plus.

Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week in Reading (travel expenses paid)

The role

An opportunity to take ownership of the software product roadmap for a growing consumer digital platform, combining mobile applications, web experiences and connected hardware.

Working closely with Product leadership, Engineering, Design and Commercial teams, you'll be responsible for delivering new features, improving the customer experience and driving product adoption, engagement and retention.

You’ll have responsibility for:

• Owning and delivering the product roadmap for a global B2C sports app, balancing customer needs, commercial objectives and technical priorities.
• Managing product development from discovery and requirements through to launch and continuous improvement.
• Improving key customer journeys, including onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Using product analytics, customer feedback and experimentation to identify opportunities and measure success.
• Working with Engineering to ensure seamless integration between software and connected hardware.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Commercial teams on product launches and adoption.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management with B2C apps , experience with sports and/or gamification beneficial
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, user research and product analytics.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise based on customer value and business impact.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams in an agile environment.
• Confident managing stakeholders, communicating priorities and making product decisions.
• Experience with connected devices, gaming or subscription-based products would be advantageous.
