Job summary

Therabody is seeking a freelance Mobile UX Designer to craft intuitive experiences in the Therabody app. You will design onboarding, device pairing, guided routines, and personalization features, collaborating with product, engineering, data science, and brand teams to boost engagement and retention.

You will deliver user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for iOS and Android, aligned with brand guidelines and design system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience focused on native mobile apps.
• A portfolio showcasing onboarding flows, feature design, navigation patterns and core app experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design mobile app experiences across onboarding, device pairing, guided routines, progress tracking and personalization.
• Produce UX deliverables: flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs for iOS and Android.
• Translate requirements and insights into clean, functional designs grounded in mobile UX best practices.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to understand user behavior and identify friction points for improvements.
• Adhere to Therabody brand guidelines and design system for visual consistency.
• Hand off designs to mobile engineers and QA implementations across platforms.
• Create design variants for A/B tests to improve key app metrics.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to validate directions.
