Ideagen seeks an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to shape modern native mobile experiences across iOS and Android. You will lead delivery of complex features, drive modernization initiatives, and promote AI-assisted development while upholding high engineering standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, influence design decisions, and ensure scalability and performance of Ideagen's mobile platform, with hybrid work options for remote UK candidates.

Qualificações

• Experience in native mobile development for iOS and/or Android.
• Strong knowledge of modern mobile engineering practices and architecture.
• Proven delivery of complex mobile features and migrations.
• Security, performance, and accessibility considerations in mobile apps.
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of complex mobile features across iOS/Android.
• Drive architecture, performance, security, and maintainable code standards.
• Use AI agents and orchestration workflows to enhance delivery and testing.
• Improve automated testing, CI/CD, and release processes.
• Mentor squad engineers and review designs and specs.
• Collaborate across teams to set mobile standards and practices.
• Identify improvements to team processes and platform capabilities.
