Tripadvisor is seeking an AI & BI Program Manager I to lead end-to-end data strategy and AI initiatives across its Travel Experiences platform. You will align business intelligence, product, and traveler operations to translate complex models into actionable operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of program management experience leading technical AI, BI, or data strategy initiatives.
• Strong command of BI frameworks and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau), SQL, and practical understanding of AI/ML lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive Executive & Business Updates: establish reporting cadences for leadership; translate AI and BI metrics into executive-ready updates.
• Orchestrate AI & BI Roadmaps: direct cross-functional programs across Data Eng, AI/ML, Product, and Traveler CX.
• Deliver Operational Momentum: maintain rigor across data pipelines, predictive features, dynamic pricing, and AI support systems.
• Translate Data into Strategy: partner with CX and Product leadership to convert traveler data into actionable changes.
• Unblock Technical & Organizational Friction: identify bottlenecks and provide clear resolution paths.
