Job summary

TechByte Talent Ltd. is seeking a highly technical, senior Migration Programme Manager to own both data migration and the new payments workstreams that underpin a major platform relocation in the UK. The role requires leadership of a delivery team, governance across multiple brands, and coordination with executive stakeholders.

You will drive planning, sizing of cohorts, and the cutover strategy, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a successful payments launch in parallel with the migration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior Programme Manager leading large-scale data migrations (100,000+ records)
• Experience delivering in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment
• Experience hiring and growing a delivery team for parallel workstreams
• Experience with payments token or PSP migration and launching a payments business

Responsibilities

• Own governance across the entire migration programme and both workstreams
• Lead the delivery team and recruit into the payments workstream as needed
• Own identity resolution, historical archive and the reconciliation approach
• Plan and size migration cohorts and manage the cutover
• Run daily war rooms to maintain delivery posture and visibility of issues
• Oversee payment token migration from current provider to the new one
• Plan and support the launch of the new payments business alongside migration
• Provide legal positioning on unclaimed balances and terminations
• Report go-live readiness and outcomes with CEO/CPO-facing metrics
• Manage dependencies outside the core team, including regulatory considerations
