Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Migration Programme Manager to lead planning, governance, and execution of facility migrations from ACBS to LoanIQ. You will coordinate across Operations, Technology, Product, Transformation, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful migrations, risk mitigation, and achievement of target outcomes.

Based in London or Manchester, the role requires deep knowledge of LoanIQ, ACBS, and lending lifecycle, with a focus on large-scale platform migrations and programme

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale lending platform migrations or system transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and programme governance skills.
• Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of LoanIQ.
• Experience with using AI automation tools.
• ACBS experience.
• Line Operations experience within Wholesale Lending.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope management to align related projects with strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic focus and long-term alignment with business goals across the programme.
• Lead multi-year programmes across multiple phases and projects.
• Manage diverse stakeholders including executives and clients to maintain alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues at cross-project level.
• Allocate resources across projects and balance priorities for the programme.
• Track budget and financial health of the programme so overall value is delivered.
• Measure success by cumulative benefits and alignment with goals.
• Lead change management at macro level to ensure cohesive transitions.
