Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join the UK Insurance Programme Delivery team at Level 6. This senior role directs complex technology-enabled transformation programmes across Life, Pensions and Retail Investments, with emphasis on data migration within Pensions administration environments.

The candidate will lead multi-workstream delivery, govern risk and budgets, and act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, delivering lasting value and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directing data migration programmes with cutover planning and data quality assurance.
• Track record as Programme Manager or Senior Delivery Lead on complex tech-enabled business transformations in Financial Services.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, change control and senior-level reporting.
• Strong stakeholder influencing and advisory skills with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience shaping governance across multiple workstreams including data migration and testing.
• Excellent communication, consulting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a complex, multi-workstream programme aligned to client outcomes and commercial objectives.
• Establish and lead programme governance, risk/issue management, dependencies and escalation.
• Manage budgets, resource plans, milestones and delivery predictability.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across business and technology.
• Coordinate suppliers and third-party delivery dependencies and resolve issues.
• Translate strategy into executable delivery plans with pragmatic governance.
• Provide leadership during critical delivery events such as testing, data migration, cutover and go-live.
• Mentor and develop managers and delivery leads within the team.
