Halian is partnering with a leading global payments and financial technology organisation to appoint a Senior Project Manager who will lead strategic programmes, enterprise transformation, and complex integrations across an international context. Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale strategic programmes within Financial Services, Payments, FinTech, Banking, Treasury or Corporate Payments environments.
• Strong background leading enterprise-wide transformation and business change initiatives.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex integration programmes, including post-merger or post-acquisition activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align programme delivery with business objectives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, governance, reporting, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

Pay range and compensation package

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Location: London

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Duration: Initial contract with extension potential
