Job summary

Atrium Workforce Solutions UK Limited is seeking a Contract Middle Office Analyst/SME in Manchester with a hybrid work pattern (4 days onsite). The contract runs for 12 months and is inside IR35 with PAYE at £212 per day.

You will oversee quality control of middle office processing, review junior work, perform complex transaction analysis, maintain trade data, and resolve reconciliation breaks while liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing processing quality and workflow in a middle office context.
• Ability to review and approve work of junior staff according to policies.
• Strong analytical capability for complex transactions and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control of middle office processing, work allocation and workflow.
• Review and approve work conducted by junior levels to ensure policy adherence.
• Perform analysis on complex transactions and provide solutions to inquiries.
• Maintain trade static data, enrichment and exception handling.
• Handle complex reconciliations (cash, asset, trade, market value) and resolve breaks.
• Participate in end-of-month client statement workflows and incident management.
