Atrium (EMEA) is seeking a proactive Client Activation Operations Analyst and related roles to join the Manchester team on a 12-month hybrid contract. This back-office position focuses on opening, maintaining, and closing client accounts with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to learn new systems independently, delivering tasks on time with attention to detail.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, administration, banking operations, or financial services is desirable.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially professional email writing.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
• Experience in account opening, client onboarding, or financial operations would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Back-office processing role with responsibility for supporting opening, maintenance and closure of client accounts.
• Ensure requests are processed accurately and efficiently to support client activation.
