Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is hiring a Corporate Actions Analyst / Middle Office Analyst for a 12-month contract in Manchester City Centre. The role focuses on managing complex corporate actions, middle office processing, and ensuring operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.

You will oversee QC, investigate complex transactions, and act as SME for corporate actions while supporting stakeholders across the business. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in middle office, investment operations, custody, asset servicing or securities operations.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions processing.
• Experience resolving reconciliation breaks and trade exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control of middle office processing activities.
• Investigate complex transactions and operational queries.
• Act as SME for Corporate Actions and middle office processes.
• Manage trade enrichment, static data and exception handling.
• Resolve cash, asset, trade matching and market value reconciliation issues.
• Support incident management and IBOR integrity.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
