Adecco Group UK & Ireland is hiring a Corporate Actions Analyst / Middle Office Analyst for a 12-month contract in Manchester City Centre. The role focuses on managing complex corporate actions, middle office processing, and ensuring operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.

You will oversee QC, investigate complex transactions, and act as SME for corporate actions while supporting stakeholders across the business. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions processing.
• Experience resolving reconciliation breaks and trade exceptions.

Corporate Actions Analyst / Middle Office Analyst

Manchester City Centre 184 per day PAYE 12-Month Contract

We're seeking an experienced Middle Office professional with Corporate Actions expertise to join a leading global financial services organisation on an initial 12-month contract based in Manchester City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in investment operations, asset servicing, custody, fund services, or middle office functions who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment managing complex transactions and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality control of middle office processing activities and workflow management.


• Perform detailed analysis and investigation of complex transactions and operational queries.


• Act as a subject matter expert for Corporate Actions and wider Middle Office processes.


• Manage trade enrichment, static data maintenance, exception handling, and market claims.


• Investigate and resolve cash, asset, trade matching, and market value reconciliation breaks.


• Support incident management and contribute to the integrity of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR).


• Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve complex operational issues.


• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.

Essential Experience

• Previous experience within a Middle Office, Investment Operations, Custody, Asset Servicing, or Securities Operations environment.


• Strong understanding of Corporate Actions processing.


• Experience investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks and trade exceptions.


• Ability to analyse complex transactions and identify effective solutions.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Financial services or investment management experience.

Desirable

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.


• Experience within global banking, custody, asset management, or investment services environments.

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Working)
Rate: 184 per day PAYE
Duration: 12 Months
