Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C underwriting experience in the middle market.
• Established relationships with retail producers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and evaluate existing business and renewals for profitability.
• Price and analyze coverage, structure and exposures on risks.
• Set terms per underwriting strategy to bind qualified risks.
