Bridewell Consulting Limited is seeking a driven leader to deliver Microsoft Purview-enabled transformation programmes across multiple clients and industries. You will partner with senior stakeholders, define strategic roadmaps, govern delivery, and embed sustainable governance, training, and operational change.

This role requires hands-on programme leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Purview across core compliance areas.
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps and translate business objectives into technology-enabled outcomes.
• Experience delivering Purview projects from strategy to implementation and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Purview transformation programmes spanning technology, governance and organisational change.
• Define strategic roadmaps and implementation plans for data governance and compliance.
• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams with risks, dependencies and objectives.
• Design and deliver Purview adoption programmes to drive user engagement and long-term value.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, training and awareness activities.
• Support customers in establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and processes to embed Purview.
