Job summary

Capgemini in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Data Governance Consultant for Microsoft Purview to lead enterprise-scale governance initiatives. You will design, implement and optimise Purview-based solutions, advise senior client stakeholders, and ensure alignment with data protection and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in architecture for data governance and security.
• Strong knowledge of Purview data governance capabilities and deployment.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data management and cloud security.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into architectural designs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Purview solutions across governance, protection, DLP and retention.
• Lead discovery workshops to translate business and regulatory requirements into designs.
• Define deployment roadmaps, operating models and governance frameworks.
• Oversee integration with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and on-prem data sources.
• Provide guidance on labeling, lifecycle, and governance workflows.
• Lead technical delivery teams and engage senior client stakeholders.
