Job summary

Bridewell is seeking a commercially oriented senior delivery leader to helm Microsoft Purview transformation programmes across client engagements in various sectors. You will define roadmaps, lead large teams and manage senior stakeholders to deliver strategic data governance, protection, compliance, and risk management improvements.

You will collaborate with executives, ensure governance and training, and drive adoption of Purview capabilities, enabling durable business change and measurable

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft Purview expertise across core compliance areas.
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps and drive large-scale delivery.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft cloud services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Purview transformation programmes across strategy to benefits realisation.
• Define strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies and objectives.
• Design adoption programmes to support user engagement and behavioural change.
• Provide governance, training and awareness activities for organisational change.
• Engage executive stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor delivery teams and support consultant development.
• Support growth of Bridewell's Purview services through thought leadership.
