Job summary

Intercity Technology is seeking a Microsoft 365 Productivity & Collaboration Technical Architect to design, implement and optimise M365 solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll focus on Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Copilot, delivering secure, governed productivity environments.

This is a remote-first role with monthly travel to Meppershall and occasional client visits. You’ll mentor colleagues, deliver workshops, and drive cloud adoption projects and governance using

Qualifications

• Technical Architect level knowledge for productivity aspects of M365 including Tenant provisioning and security.
• SME knowledge of migrations: On-premise to Cloud, tenant consolidations, migrations.
• Knowledge and experience with PowerShell and ability to write scripts.
• End-to-end delivery with workshops through to implementation using structured methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and design cloud adoption plans and solution designs.
• Lead and mentor colleagues; deliver Microsoft funded workshops on governance and security.
• Ensure designs adhere to best practices for security and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document migration plans, transitions, and ongoing optimisation.
• Collaborate with Sales to contribute to commercial proposals.
