Intercity Technology seeks a Microsoft 365 Productivity & Collaboration TA to design, implement and optimise solutions for customers. You will focus on Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Copilot, ensuring the best value from the core productivity stack.
The role is remote-first with monthly travel to the Meppershall site and occasional customer visits, offering growth, certifications and a structured development path.

As a Microsoft 365 Productivity & Collaboration TA, you’ll design, implement and optimise solutions that help customers communicate, collaborate and work more effectively. You’ll focus on the core productivity stack, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring customers get the most out of the tools they use every day.
This is a remote-first role, with monthly travel to our Meppershall site and occasional customer visits.
Consultative approach to engaging with customers
Experienced at communicating and presenting to customers at all levels
Collaborates with the Sales and commercial teams to contribute to commercial proposals on solution designs.
Follows structured cloud adoption methodologies undertaking
planning, design and documentation, migration, transition, and
ongoing optimisation of non-complex services.
Ensure solution designs adhere to industry best practices, to deliver
required security and regulatory compliance
Embraces the adoption of Microsoft Framework related to M365 to
drive efficiency, governance, and standardisation of repeatable
solutions.
Ensure existing (and future) propositions are maintained and accurate
Deliver Microsoft funded workshops on Microsoft governance and security products
Acts as a Technical lead and mentor colleagues to share knowledge o Takes personal responsibility for the development of skills to ensure these remain up to date and relevant

Technical Architect level of knowledge and practical skills related to the productivity aspects of M365. This includes Tenant provisioning and security, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Identity and Access Management, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, Purview and Entra,
SME knowledge of migrations:
On-premise to Cloud
Tenant consolidations and migrations
Cloud to M365
Knowledge and experience with PowerShell and ability to write PowerShell scripts.
Experienced in implementing Cloud solutions using structured methodologies
This role has end-to-end delivery expectations associated with it, you must be comfortable with delivering workshop through to implementation of these services
Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-300 or SC-401 · If you don’t have these, we will help you acquire them
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot readiness or content governance for AI
Experience delivering Microsoft workshops, training or adoption sessions
Strong understanding of SharePoint information architecture or Teams lifecycle management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to interpret complex designs and architectures and work with technical instruction
Advanced troubleshooting and problem skills following methodical approach.
Strong understanding of related Microsoft technologies e.g. Entra, defender etc
Strong technical leadership, leading by example and desire to share knowledge
Meticulous attention to detail
Self-Starter and able to work with minimal supervision
Takes ownership and has a can-do attitude
Ability to build rapport, trust, and instil confidence
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanour when under high pressure
