Job summary
Intercity Technology is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist in a remote-first Professional Services role. You will deliver and optimise Microsoft 365 projects for customers, covering Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva, and act as SME across Entra ID, Purview and Copilot.
You’ll work directly with customers to solve business challenges through technology, manage multiple projects, and produce clear documentation and handover materials.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Ability to migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven track record delivering professional services for clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects for customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert across Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Entra ID, Purview and Copilot.
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 solutions across collaboration tools and security services.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, implementation guides and handover materials.
- Develop PowerShell-based automation and administration solutions.
