Rocking Zebra Ltd. is seeking a Meta Lead to own paid social strategy across Meta, drive performance and lead a developing digital team. You’ll dive into Meta Ads Manager while framing the bigger commercial picture and ROI.

The role involves setting strategy, owning ROAS and CPA targets, coaching a team of Digital Marketing Executives, building scalable structures, developing full-funnel strategies, and collaborating with creative, analytics and web teams to optimise the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in paid social/performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on Meta Ads Manager skills.
• Experience managing meaningful campaign budgets.
• Excellent analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall paid social strategy across Meta.
• Own performance against revenue, ROI and CPA targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Digital Marketing Executives.
• Create scalable campaign structures and best-practice frameworks.
• Develop full-funnel strategies across prospecting, consideration, retargeting and conversion.
• Build sophisticated audience strategies using first-party data and lookalikes.
• Collaborate with creative teams on performance-led concepts and formats.
• Design structured testing programmes across creative, copy, audiences, and bidding.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale what works.
• Oversee large paid media budgets and adjust investments by performance.
• Improve governance, tracking and QA; align with analytics and web teams.
• Develop tracking/attribution across Meta Pixel, Conversions API and offline activity.
• Work with Meta teams to explore new functionality and beta opportunities.
