Malaberg in the UK is seeking a performance marketer to own the strategy, structure and success of the Meta department across multiple brands, markets and products.

You’ll design, test and scale high‑converting funnels, deploy large, uncapped budgets within strict profitability targets, and operate in a monthly commission model based on campaign performance.

Qualifications

• A performance-obsessed mindset with a numbers-first approach (ROAS, LTV, CAC).
• Hands-on experience with DTC or ecommerce brands where revenue growth depended on your Meta decisions.
• Track record of managing significant Meta spend while hitting KPIs.
• Experience taking a product from zero to meaningful scale (launch, win, scale).
• A restless obsession for the latest platform changes, creative trends and competition moves.
