Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a senior B2B Content Leader to own merchant content programmes across brands, driving editorial excellence and measurable impact. You will craft strategies, lead campaigns, write and edit compelling content, and coordinate across Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Product.

You will identify merchant problems worth solving, develop content strategies, and ensure content meets performance targets across markets, with ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Track record building and improving B2B content programmes with measurable results.
• Excellent writing, editing and interviewing skills with a portfolio of case studies or campaigns.
• Experience leading campaigns across functions and coordinating delivery.
• Confidence using analytics and research to drive decisions and measure impact.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate complex product/operational info into actionable content.
• Experience adapting content across markets and managing external contributors.
• Experience in marketplaces, merchant services, hospitality, retail or B2B tech would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own merchant editorial programmes across both brands with a focus on improving merchant operations and growth.
• Develop case-study programmes—identify merchants, interview, secure evidence and assets.
• Lead content strategy and delivery for merchant initiatives, including campaigns and seasonal moments.
• Write and edit articles, reports, case studies, emails and assets; brief designers and freelancers as needed.
• Coordinate localisation and stakeholder approvals across brands and markets.
• Set baselines and targets; monitor performance and drive content improvements.
