Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Brands & Licensing Sourcing Manager to lead the onboarding of newly licensed brands, from initial supplier assessment through to first production. You will source packaging and trims globally, navigating brand-specific licensing guidelines.

You will negotiate cost prices, assess supply base, and partner with merchandising and demand planning to ensure timely delivery and optimal margins in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Strong background in fashion industry and product sourcing.
• Advanced knowledge of costing, critical path, manufacturing and calendar management.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of newly licensed brands from supplier assessment through to first production.
• Negotiate cost prices and secure cost efficiencies for licensed products.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising and Demand Planning on delivery phasing and planning.
• Manage label/trim forecasting, lead times and supplier relationships.
