Job summary

Superdry is seeking a proactive Sourcing & Production professional to manage and execute accurate buy placements and ensure on-time delivery of multi-product bulk production through strict critical path and supplier management.

You will collaborate with Global Suppliers, Sustainability, Sourcing & Q&T, and Wholesale to monitor milestones, manage the PO book, and drive efficiencies across processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing buy placements and supplier performance.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with PLM systems.
• Knowledge of garment production processes and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute accurate buy placements to ensure on-time delivery of multi-product bulk production.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid late deliveries through critical path management and escalation.
• Maintain the PO book for your area, placing orders with suppliers to deadlines and updating dates in the system.
• Liaise with Sustainability, Sourcing & Q&T to monitor critical path milestones and delivery.
• Coordinate with Wholesale to fulfil order books and monitor weekly shipments from factories.
• Collaborate with Freight Forwarding partners to manage supplier bookings and shipments.
• Take on process improvement projects to drive efficiency and system optimization.
