Job Description:

5 days a week - Office based in London

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising Manager to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategy across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be crucial in planning and forecasting the business.

What you will be doing:

• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote sustainable growth across all channels.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Oversee stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
• Trade & Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to influence buying decisions, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Omni-Channel Focus: Ensure a seamless product offering across sales channels, balancing inventory and demand.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior planning or merchandising role, preferably in a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations (Advanced Excel skills required).
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills – able to adjust plans based on trade performance and market changes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – confident in influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
