Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Merchandiser for our Billericay team. You will work with Buying, Design and Hosts to shape the brand's vision, develop the assortment and manage the critical path to maximise profitability.

You will analyse data to optimise options, pricing and stock across seasons, lead forecasting, and collaborate with senior colleagues to drive growth. Office-based role with growth and activity supports.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for the brand with Buying, Design and Hosts, aligned to the critical path.
• Manage critical path timelines and milestones with clear communication to the Merchandise Manager.
• Drive profitability-focused strategy and assortment planning.
• Review P&L and propose steps to maximise brand potential using analytics.
• Establish profitable assortment plans, BEVs and phasing with stock and sell-through considerations.
• Sign off strategy and budgets with senior team.
• Ensure timely pre-season planning with clear action plans for opportunities and risks.
• Forecast and reforecast sales, stock, intake and markdown in the WSSI.
• Lead and develop the merchandising team with clear priorities and consistent ways of working.
• Use data to drive opportunities in options, ranging, pricing, stores and VM.
