Central Employment is seeking a Senior eCommerce Trading Merchandiser for a growing SME FMCG retailer. The role focuses on turning data into revenue growth through online trading, with responsibility for performance analysis, stock visibility and influencing trading decisions that drive online sales.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in eCommerce Trading or Digital Merchandising.
Experience in FMCG/retail and seasonal trading.
Strong analytics and reporting skills to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Monitor online trading performance against KPIs daily.
Produce reports covering sales, conversion, traffic, stock.
Analyze customer, product and category performance for growth.
Lead forecasting and trading plans for seasonal peaks.
Collaborate with Buying and Supply Chain to optimise stock.
Provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Manage ecommerce trading calendars and campaigns.
