ReQuire Consultancy Ltd is recruiting a Senior Merchandiser for a premium UK brand in Hampshire. The role covers DTC and wholesale, with hybrid working and international scope.

You will own trading, forecasts, stock allocation across e-commerce, retail and wholesale, shaping ranges for UK and beyond, using WSSI and OTB, with strong Excel and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

Senior Merchandiser: Multi-Channel (DTC & Wholesale) | Hampshire | Permanent | £55,000–£60,000 + benefits | Hybrid with flexibility

A new permanent opportunity with one of the UK’s most exciting brands.

Our client is a genuinely high-end British brand, a leader in its field with a devoted global following, selling direct to consumer and through an international network of premium retail and wholesale partners. As the business grows, they’re investing in their merchandising team, and this newly permanent role is a key part of that.

Your role

You’ll own the trading of a product area across DTC and wholesale, working side by side with the Senior Buyer in a small, high-impact team. You’ll shape what the brand sells, how much and when, both in the UK and internationally.

You’ll bring

• Strong Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser experience in retail. A clothing, footwear, sports or premium lifestyle background is ideal.
• Experience across both B2C (DTC, e-commerce or retail) and B2B (wholesale, franchise, concessions or marketplace partners)
• Confident WSSI, OTB and forecasting skills, with advanced Excel
• A commercial mindset and the confidence to influence with facts
