As a proud B Corp certified brand, they are serious about people and the planet. The Senior Merchandiser will take the lead on end-to-end planning, trading, and strategy across three key channels. You will manage and mentor a talented team of two, encouraging innovative, data-led ways of working that drive results and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading seasonal planning, forecasting, and in-season trading to optimise performance
• Overseeing stock management and allocation across multiple channels
• Collaborating with Buying, Marketing, and Operations teams
