We are seeking a creative and dynamic Area Visual Merchandiser to support our UK National and Independent business. This fully remote role involves regular travel to stores for visual merchandising implementation, training, and maintaining brand consistency. You will play a key role in ensuring our stores are visually engaging, aligned with luxury brand guidelines, and optimized for sales performance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Implementing and maintaining high visual standards across stores in line with Jellycat Luxury brand guidelines.
2. Visiting stores regularly to provide hands-on visual merchandising support and improvements.
3. Delivering training to store teams on best practices in visual merchandising and seasonal updates.
4. Ensuring compliance with planograms, promotional displays, and product presentation strategies.
5. Collaborating with store teams and the Jellycat UK sales team to align visual strategies with commercial objectives.
6. Monitoring merchandising effectiveness and providing feedback to optimize sales.
7. Supporting product launches by setting up impactful displays and layouts.

Requirements:

• Experience in visual merchandising, preferably across multiple locations.
• Ability to train and engage teams in visual merchandising best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely with regular travel to stores.
• A creative eye and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
