Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine in Oxford is recruiting an experienced MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management of MEP packages on a landmark laboratories project. You will drive cost planning, procurement, subcontractor payments, variations and final accounts with a strong focus on value, risk control and commercial delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a recognised QS with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash.
• Experience managing MEP packages from pre-contract to post-contract.
• Large-scale major project experience and construction management.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or related subject.

• Manage commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and final accounts.
