The role requires extensive MEP package management on large-scale, design-and-build projects, with full lifecycle involvement from pre-contract to post-contract.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial performance of MEP packages across the project.
• Oversee procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and subcontractor packages to final account.
• Maintain cost control and minimise commercial risk while maximising value.
