Kier Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPH) to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical on a new healthcare project. Based in Bedford, this project-based role focuses on managing commercial aspects and maximising profitability while building strong client relationships.
You will work with experienced teams, oversee procurement, cost reporting, and change control, and ensure contract compliance across JCT/NEC forms.

Join Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME), our internal MEP self-delivery design and build business supporting regional operations across the UK. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPH), you'll play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of schemes, maximising project profitability whilst building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
