Kier Group, via the Kier MMEP (KME) team, is seeking an MEP Design Manager to support projects in the Northern region. Location is Leeds or Manchester with hybrid working. You will lead the design process from tender to delivery, ensuring safety, quality and on-time execution.
The role requires strong MEP design leadership, CSCS, and experience delivering complex schemes. You will coordinate internal and external design teams, manage BIM resources and provide clear design status updates

With a full design, construct, and commissioning capability and over 50 years of operating experience, we're looking for an MEP Design Manager to join our team and help deliver successful outcomes for our clients. In this role, you'll manage the design process from tender through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
