We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPH) to join our Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) team based on a new project in the Healthcare sector., Join Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME), our internal MEP self-delivery design and build business supporting regional operations across the UK. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPH), you'll play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of schemes, maximising project profitability whilst building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects across sectors including custodial, commercial, health and science.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPH), you'll be working within the Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) team, supporting them in delivering successful project outcomes through effective commercial management. Your day to day will include:
You hold a degree or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying and have demonstrable experience as a surveyor delivering multiple small or medium schemes
