Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) in West Yorkshire to own commercial delivery on flagship projects or a portfolio of schemes. You will oversee procurement, change management, and final accounts, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring strong financial performance.

The role demands extensive MEP experience, NEC/JCT contract knowledge, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial aspects of live construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT forms of contract, including Target Cost projects.
• Excellent commercial awareness to identify and manage project risk.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial management of MEP packages to ensure profitability and risk control.
• Manage subcontract procurement, applications, valuations, payments, final accounts and cash collection.
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor contract performance and resolve commercial issues.
