Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical and public health packages on major data centre projects across Europe. You will own delivery from design through to commissioning, handover and IST, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

The role requires 5-10+ years in MEP project management, strong knowledge of MV/LV, UPS, HVAC, BMS and fire protection, and excellent stakeholder and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in MEP project management
• Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services
• Experience with MV/LV, UPS, generators, HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, BMS and fire protection
• Experience delivering Tier III/IV facilities is advantageous
• Strong commissioning and handover experience
• Excellent contractor, stakeholder and multidisciplinary team management
• Good programme, commercial and risk management experience
• P6 or MS Project experience

Responsibilities

• Managing MEP packages from design through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinating mechanical, electrical, BMS, fire protection and ELV systems
• Managing MEP contractors, subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Reviewing and coordinating technical design documentation
• Monitoring programme, cost, quality and project risks
• Leading technical coordination meetings and resolving interface issues
• Managing change control and commercial impacts
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and IST
• Ensuring compliance with relevant European standards, regulations and HSE requirements
