Job summary

Forward Assist Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission‑critical data centre projects across Europe. You will manage full lifecycle of mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) packages from pre‑construction through commissioning and handover, coordinating with multinational teams under European standards.

The role requires strong technical expertise in mission‑critical infrastructure, stakeholder coordination, and strict adherence to EU

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
5–10 years of experience in MEP project management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all MEP activities on data centre projects from design through commissioning.
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors delivering MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, BMS, fire protection, ELV).
Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Monitor progress against baseline programmes and implement mitigation measures.
Manage change control processes and commercial impacts related to MEP scope.
