Job summary

Mane Contract Services seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager based in Cardiff, with regular travel to Europe. You will lead mechanical, electrical, BMS and ELV packages on mission-critical data centre projects across Europe, from pre-construction through handover.

A degree in building services is required, with strong supplier and stakeholder management. The role emphasizes coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, delivering IST testing, and ensuring compliance with European standards and HSE.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years MEP project management experience.
• Experience across European markets (Germany, NL, Ireland, Nordics, France).
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or related field.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with European contracts (FIDIC or similar).
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery from design through commissioning and handover.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, BMS, fire protection and ELV packages.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and specialist vendors.
• Manage programme, budget, quality, safety and project risk.
• Review and coordinate MEP design documentation and interfaces.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Develop IST (Integrated Systems Testing) and commissioning strategies.
