Job summary

Mane Energy is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health packages for data centre projects across Europe, from design through handover.

The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong commissioning and IST experience. This is a senior role in a mission-critical environment offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in MEP project management or senior MEP delivery.
• Proven experience working on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience with MV/LV, UPS, generators, HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, BMS and fire protection.
• Experience delivering Tier III/Tier IV facilities is highly advantageous.
• Strong commissioning and handover experience.
• Excellent contractor, stakeholder and multidisciplinary team management skills.
• Good programme, commercial and risk management experience.
• Experience with P6 or MS Project.
• A relevant engineering or building services qualification.

Responsibilities

• Managing MEP packages from design through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinating mechanical, electrical, BMS, fire protection and ELV systems.
• Managing MEP contractors, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
• Reviewing and coordinating technical design documentation.
• Monitoring programme, cost, quality and project risks.
• Leading technical coordination meetings and resolving interface issues.
• Managing change control and commercial impacts.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Ensuring compliance with relevant European standards, regulations and HSE requirements.
