Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager to lead the MEP delivery for a £60M warehouse/industrial package in the Watford area. You will manage the MEP team, coordinate specialist subcontractors, and uphold health and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Senior M&E Project Manager with proven background in Building Services & M&E.
• Experience managing MEP teams and external sub-contractors on large projects.
• Ensuring Health & Site Safety compliance on site.
• IPAD reporting using Fieldview is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP delivery team and oversee subcontractors on site.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Report progress using Fieldview on an iPad where applicable.
