Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to coordinate and deliver mechanical, electrical and public health services on a major project. You will oversee MEP subcontractors, align design and installation with the programme, and lead technical meetings to resolve interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering complex building services on large-scale schemes, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of health and safety

Qualifications

• Experienced MEP Lead or similar on major projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health services.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and coordination of MEP services across the project.
• Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Review and coordinate MEP design information, drawings and specifications.
• Ensure MEP works align with construction programme and other trades.
• Lead technical coordination meetings and manage MEP interfaces.
• Monitor progress, quality and compliance of MEP installation works.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of building services systems.
