Job summary

TM Green Group is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager in the Slough area for high-value data centre and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will lead MEP delivery, manage teams, and ensure objectives are met. Candidates should have proven experience with large-scale projects, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels. Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale data centres or mission critical industrial projects.
• Strong technical understanding across electrical, mechanical, and critical systems.
• Ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and communicate at senior level.
• Comfortable working within a Tier 1 contractor environment.
• Driven, commercially aware, and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP strategy, procurement, installation, and commissioning on projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and specialist supply chain partners.
• Ensure projects meet commercial, quality, and technical objectives.
• Oversee programme delivery, risk management, and project reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and best practices across MEP systems.
