Job summary

Options Resourcing Ltd. is seeking an experienced MEP Planner for a major construction project in the South West (Bristol).

The successful candidate will lead the planning and programming of complex MEP packages, coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved from design through to commissioning and handover. You will work with Project Managers, Design Managers and Site Teams to develop, monitor, and optimise detailed programmes, ensuring alignment across MEP packages

Qualifications

Proven ability to produce and manage detailed project programmes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes for Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health works.
Produce baseline, target and recovery programmes.
Identify and manage critical path activities.
Coordinate design release information with procurement and installation requirements.
Review installation methodologies and sequences to maximise efficiency.
Monitor project progress against baseline programmes.
Produce weekly and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities.
Identify programme risks and mitigation strategies.
