Job summary

Navartis Ltd is seeking an experienced Freelance MEP Planner to support a major Berkshire building project. You will develop, maintain and monitor detailed programmes for the large MEP package, liaising with Project Managers, MEP Managers and site teams.

SC Clearance would be needed. Duration is 12 months with possible extensions; rate £500-£540 per day; Outside IR35. NEC knowledge and proficiency with Asta Powerproject are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong previous experience as an MEP Planner / Building Services Planner.
• Proven experience working on large MEP packages.
• NEC form of contract knowledge.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical installation sequencing.
• Main contractor or major MEP subcontractor experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject.

Freelance M&E Planner - Major Building project - Large MEP Package

Location: Berkshire

Duration:12 months (possible extensions)
Rate: £500 - £540 per day

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance MEP Planner to support the delivery of a major project in the Berkshire area

Working alongside the project and MEP teams, you will take responsibility for developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed programmes for the large MEP package.

SC Clearance would be needed
