Job summary

First Military Recruitment is working with a national construction business to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor based at Snowdonia depot on a permanent basis. You will supervise mechanical, electrical and public health installation works and coordinate MEP subcontractors to meet project objectives.

The role requires at least five years of construction experience, knowledge of plans and specs, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction procedures and practices.
• Familiarity with plans, prints, specifications and schematics.
• Ability to manage MEP subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical, electrical and public health installation works.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Monitor quality, programme and compliance across all MEP activities.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, commercial and construction teams to deliver project objectives.
