Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Senior MEP Design Engineer to lead and coordinate the design process for projects at Heathrow Airport. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, Clients, and Design Consultants to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget design solutions that meet safety and sustainability standards.

As part of the Design Management team, you will manage design changes, risks, and opportunities, supporting the establishment of robust design interfaces and leveraging BIM

Formación

• Extensive experience in MEP design coordination and management.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design and interfaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder handling in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate design across MEP and civil disciplines to ensure buildable solutions.
• Lead design package tendering, scope definition, and technical reviews.
• Manage design interfaces and assess risks and opportunities across projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and sustainability requirements.
• Review and certify consultants' monthly payment applications.
• Prepare and monitor monthly design KPIs and progress.
