Ferrovial Construction at Heathrow Airport is seeking an experienced MEP Agent to lead site management on high-profile infrastructure projects. You'll work within a global engineering group renowned for delivering complex civil works at scale.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, and collaborative delivery, with a focus on controlling costs, maintaining quality, and timely reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience in construction, preferably MEP/civil engineering.
• Strong leadership and people management in projects.
• Excellent communication across clients and stakeholders.
• Commercial and contractual awareness in cost-conscious environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP engineering.
• Computer literacy.
• Valid CSCS card.
• ICE membership or equivalent (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management and delivery.
• Ensure strong commercial performance.
• Own safe and successful project delivery.
• Deliver works to quality standards, free from defects.
• Develop and implement project plans in line with procedures.
• Prepare procurement schedules with the procurement team.
• Act as client liaison and maintain relationships.
• Maintain cost control and maximise project value.
• Keep accurate site diaries and records.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce costs.
• Produce monthly reports for Client and internal stakeholders.
• Chair weekly site meetings.
