Job summary

Dome Consulting Ltd in Cardiff, Wales, is seeking an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning lifecycle on major building services projects across Wales.

This role focuses on managing the full Cx process from design through to handover, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers. The position offers a permanent, full-time career with day-rate options considered and a salary band of £75,000–£90,000 per annum plus 25 days leave.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commissioning Manager/Engineer in building services or construction.
• Experience managing the full commissioning lifecycle, not only witnessing.
• Strong MEP/building services understanding.
• Experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial or data centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commissioning process from inception to handover.
• Develop commissioning strategies, programmes, and testing plans.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors and clients to ensure delivery to required standards.
• Review QA/QC documentation and commissioning procedures.
